Trim the Wick(s)
Candles will come perfectly trimmed for your first burn. For each burn thereafter, make sure the wick is trimmed to 1/4" before burning.

Don't Extinguish Too Early
For your candle's first burn, make sure it stays lit long enough for an even wax pool to reach all edges of the jar (approx 2-4 hours.) This helps to prevent wax "tunneling."

Use Caution
Never leave a burning candle unattended. To be additionally safe, when the wax level is from 1/4" to 1/2" from the bottom of container, you should discontinue use and avoid the possibility of the container cracking. Never burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.

A French Patisserie

Echoing the sentiments of all the other reviews, Croissant is a DEFINITE must. If you've ever walked into a bakery or French Patisserie, the scrumptiously pleasing aroma of freshly baked, buttery goodness abounds here. This one is in my top three, easily. Skip the seasonal food-adjacent candles at the big box stores and add Croissant to your cart. Your nose will thank you :)

Gourmand but Good

So I’m admittedly not a gourmand candle person - I feel as if sweet edible scents can be overwhelming and almost have this meaty tinge to them. This candle is not that at all! It’s a simple yet effective candle and smells delicious but also pleasant. Just edible enough to be gourmand but not terribly cloying. The almond really stands out to me personally (which I love). This is a really good candle and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t like food scents!
