Shipping & Processing
We do our best to process & ship your order within 3-5 business days. At our studio, UPS picks up on Wednesday/Friday & the post office picks up daily.
Your order will come shipped with with 100% recyclable and compostable paper or 100% biodegradable starch packing peanuts.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is passed along to the parcel carrier and final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
If you placed your order with the wrong shipping address, please email us ASAP so we can make the correction. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to send out free replacements. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we can invoice you for shipping and send it to a corrected shipping address.
Returns & Exchanges
All orders are final sale. However, if there is a problem with your order please email email@example.com and we’ll help you resolve any issues.

If you purchased Route Package Protection, you are able to file a claim for your lost package at claims.route.com.
