Golden Palms - Eau de Parfum

although there's no notes of musk-- the palm leafs/sun/loungers note leaves an oud scent. although not a personal favorite-- its such a descriptive scent that reminds me of my loved ones during golden hour

Golden Palms opens vibrant and refreshing, like passionfruit iced tea clinking around in a glass of big ice cubes while you lay on a cotton woven hammock under a magnolia tree on the hottest of days. The air feels humid and thick and the soil from the earth beneath you is spongy from the kids soaking the backyard lawn with their slip and slide water antics while “Amber” by 311 plays on the radio from inside the house. A bit woolen and musty but comforting, juicy and punchy from the magnolia, and loamy from the earth beneath you, this scent is very transportive and unlike anything else I’ve smelled.

I wasn't expecting to like this one, much less love it. But, after sampling I just kept thinking about her and knew I'd be adding a full bottle to my collection. Fills a **** yet somehow cozy summertime scent role, but also appropriate year round whenever you want to be cheered up or feel a bit sneakily seductive.

Beautiful on a test strip, but not at all pleasant on skin.
